• Project started at the end of 2023 and was completed in 2024.
• The building comprises of 14 offices including open plan office spaces, single and double offices.
• An executive suite wing with private en-suit bathrooms in each office.
• Two expansive boardrooms.
• Two meeting rooms.
• A multipurpose training room.
• Two kitchens and 3 kitchenettes, including two canteen areas.
• The building has a sleek modern industrial finish.
• Fitted with bespoke custom designed pieces of furniture and lighting and modern finishes.
